How should I store them once they arrive?
Keep the bag sealed and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do your products contain preservatives or harmful ingredients?
No, that's the whole point! We bake with real, simple ingredients and let the freeze drying do the preserving, so there's nothing artificial added to extend shelf life.
What about allergens?
We bake with dairy products, so our bites contain milk and eggs. If you have a specific allergy, dietary requirement, or questions about a particular flavour, please get in touch with us directly at info@propertreats.com.au before ordering.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Australia, and internationally to New Zealand. We're planning to expand our international shipping soon stay tuned!
How long do they last? Do I need to refrigerate them?
No refrigeration needed! Freeze drying removes the moisture that causes spoilage, so our bites are shelf stable at room temperature for at least 6 months when unopened. Once opened, we recommend resealing the bag tightly and enjoying within 2 weeks for the best texture, as they're sensitive to moisture in the air.
